What Kind of Materials Will Be Used for Making Mattresses?

1. Innerspring: For innerspring, we have bonnell spring, continuous spring and pocket spring for choice. This is one of the material used for making mattress. For each type of spring, it can be made in different height and coil diameter to give different comfort and feeling to the mattresses. Bonnell spring and continuous spring are the traditional types of spring, while pocket spring is the more and more trendy one, but its price will be also more expensive.

2. Foam: For the foam materials, the material used for making mattress, we have regular PU foam, memory foam and gel memory foam in different density and hardness for options. In one mattress, there will be usually mixed of types of foam to create different firmness as to meet clients’ requirements.
