This is a new mattress in 2022. The top fabric is high-grade knitted fabric. There are comfortable egg foam and high-density foam in the quilting layer. We use pocket spring as the support system,the spring are in a separate non-woven bag, it can effectively prevent the growth of bacteria,it can also reduce the friction between springs and without noise.We support size/logo/box customization.

Our Factory

(3) 80,000 square meters of factory with 300 workers.

(5) Produciton Facility: 42 pocket spring machine, 3 quliting machines, 30 sewing machines, 11 taping machines, 2 vacuum flat compress processing equipment, 1 rolling machine.

(6) Production Capacity: 60,000 finished spring units and 30,000 finished mattresses per month.

Our Showroom

We have a large showroom in our factory, covering an area of about 1600 square meters, which can display more than 100pcs different mattresses designs at the same time. Customers come from many different countries such as: USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South America, Africa etc come to our showroom try the mattress and choose the most suitable mattresses import to their own country and very hot sale in their market.
